PRINCE2 Agile™

There are two types of PRINCE2 Agile certification: Foundation and Practitioner. The fundamentals and intent of integrating PRINCE2 with agile methodology are taught in PRINCE2 Agile. This allows for scalability as well as integration of organisational management processes.

Agile Foundation, like PRINCE2 Foundation, is open to those with no previous experience. This course covers the PRINCE2 governance framework as well as a variety of agile principles and techniques.

You should be able to behave as an informed member of an agile project team and understand how PRINCE2 operates with agile principles after you’ve completed the course.

Certified project managers can learn how to integrate PRINCE2’s structure, governance, and control with agile processes, strategies, and approaches in PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner.

Since Agile Practitioner has the same prerequisites as PRINCE2 Practitioner, you must show proof of passing one of the following exams to sit for the exam:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation (or higher)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)®
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®
  • IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director)
  • IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager)

You also can undertake the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner exams online with a remote web proctoring solution, which allows you to take your exams using a webcam, microphone, and a secure internet connection.
